摘要
本文主要通过试验研究,寻求获得稳定小孔流量的有效方法。首先对流量控制装置一流量阀施加附加振动;然后采用不同阀芯材料;最后改变阀芯的开口截面形状。结果表明:附加振动是消除堵塞获得小孔稳定流量的最有效措施。阀芯材料以及阀孔开口截面形状亦影响流量的稳定性。并为流量阀的设计提供了可靠的参数。
This paper aimed to investigate the effective measures of attaining the miniflow stability in accordance with engineering requirements.First, additional vibration was applied into the flow-control valve and then a series of experiments were conducted over by using different spoal materials and by varying the channel sectional shapes. The experiment's result indicates that the additional vibration is the most efficient method for dispeling the block up and obtaining the miniflow stability. The spoal materials and the sectional shapes also influence the stabilization of flow. Jt provides the reliable parameter for the design of the flow-control valve.
