First,in this paper,We shall discuss the definition of “Slater” determinant wave function and a number of problems which the man misread easily in calcunating process.Then we shall illustrate with examples the complexity of calculation of rotation angular momentum-orbit angular momentum coincidence effect energy with “Slater” method.The end,we shall simplity the calculating process.
