LGD721普及型剑杆织机的设计与研制

DESIGN AND DEVELOPMENT OF THE POPULAR RAPIER LOOM OF THE TYPE LGD_(721)

本文主要介绍LGD721型织机的主要技术性能、基本结构特征、机架及主要机构(侧重剑杆引纬机构)的设计分析和研究,并结合动态性能测试介绍该机的性能特点。作者还试图通过此文,描述普及型剑杆织机的大体模型,并由此提出我国现阶段立足点主要应放在发展普及型剑杆织机上。

This paper mainly introduces the type LGD721 loom, including the design analysis and study of its chief technical function, its basic structural characteristics, the machine frames and its major mechanisms (emphasizing that of the rapier picking system). It further deals with the characteristics of the technical properties of the machine with the process in testing its operation. The author has also tried to describe the common model of the popular rapier loom and hence proposes that our basic point should mainly be the development of the popular rapier loom.
