摘要
本文先分析影响太阳能电池光电转换效率的主要因素,然后分析常规工艺PN结太阳能电池和MIS太阳能电池转换效率低的原因。在此基础上,1983年4月笔者对电池的内部结构进行了改进,并研制出一种新型太阳能电池——MINP太阳能电池,使电池的转换效率从10%左右提高到17%。
The factors influencing the efficiency of photoelectris diversion of solar cells have been investigated. Then the problems existing in heavidy——doping PN junction solar cells and MIS solar cells have been analyzed. On the abve bases, we have developed a new type of solar cells——MINP solar cells. This new type of cells is able to get round the defects existing in the two above tells as well as keep their merits. Hence, the efficiency of the cells rise from 10% to 17%.
