摘要
采用混合烧结法,即预先合成铁氧体磁性相和陶瓷介电相,然后按一定比例混合并掺适量的添加物进行烧结的方法,制备了具有一定双复性能的混合磁性一介电材料。X射线衍射分析以及扫描电子显微镜的观察,证实了混合烧结体是铁氧体磁性相和介电相的混合物,在宏观上是均匀且各向同性的多相材料,并在有关理论的指导下,获得了较好性能的材料。
By use of the technigue of mixing sintering; i.e., first synthesigng the main phase of ferrite and ceramics respectively, then sintering after mixing the two phases with a certain proportion, the mixed materials with simultaneous magnetic properties and dielctric properties are prepared. the analyses of XRD and SEM demonstrate the mixing-sintering materialssare the mixture of ferrite grains and ceramics grains in microscopy. and homogeneous and isotropic multiphase materials in macroscopy, Under the direction of the related theory, adjustment of the composition are done and mixed materials with better twoful properties are gained.
