摘要
实验结果表明,羊蹄角提取物的不同组份对大鼠离体子宫有不同影响。组份Ⅰ对大鼠离体子宫有兴奋作用,表现为收缩频率增加,收缩力加强,作用基础张力也明显升高。组份Ⅱ对大鼠离体子宫有明显抑制作用,抑制随剂量的增加而增强,剂量足够大时,可使子宫完全停止收缩。
The results of this experiment showed that different fractions of goat's hoofnail extract had distinct effects on uterus. Fraction I stimulated isolated uterus of rat, presenting increased contractive rate, enhanced contractive force, and augmented basic tension as well. Fraction Ⅱhad inhibitory effect on isolated uterus of rat and the inhibitory effect was enhanced with increasing dose, when doses of the fraction Ⅱ were high enough, contraction of uterus stopped completely.
