摘要
我们分析了509例(45~59岁182例,60岁及以上327例)干部体检脑电图资料,结果示年龄老化与α频率变慢呈密切负相关关系(r=-0.94)。如将α频率由8赫起每半赫为一频带以观察α慢化的进程,以10.5赫及其以上为一频带,则所得相关系数曲线的由负转正频带是9.5~<10赫,60岁及以上者也是在该频带由负转正。我们据此初步提出以9~<9.5赫为α慢化的上限。并考虑这一频带为界限性脑电图,而将8~<9赫作为轻度异常脑电图。α慢化是人类大脑由正常生理功能转入老化或其他病理过程中的一种早期敏感指标。
It is well known that the most frequent change seen in the EEG of old age is the slowing of alpha rhythm. As to the clinical significance of a slowing and where is its upper limit are still questions of controversy. By analyzing 509 cases of EEG of presenilc (182) and senile (327) cadres,we have found that there is a close negative correlation between aging and a slowing. By taking every half Hz as a frequency band since 8 Hz and taking those α frequencies≥10.5 Hz as one frequency band to observe the progress of α slowing, we've found that the curve of correlative coefficients is negative at the frequencies>10 Hz and then being positive thereafter. The shifting point is at the α frequency band of 9.5—<10 Hz. The curve of those over 60 years runs a similar way.It is by this observation we've suggested to take 9—<9,5 Hz of α rhythm as the upper limit of a slowing and also taking this as a borderline EEG.
