儿童头痛型癫痫的多项相关因素的研究

THE RESEARCH OF MANIFOLD ELEMENTS RELATED TO THE HEADACHE EPILEPSY IN CHILDREN

本文对82例儿童头痛型癫痫进行了全面的调查研究,对其调查内容和检查结果经电子计算机进行了多元逐步回归处理。处理结果发现,致儿童头痛型癫痫的诸多因素中主要与遗传、颅脑外伤、高热抽风、异常分娩、五官源性疾病及颅内病变等六个因素有明显相关性。而与多胎、年龄大呈负性相关。笔者提出在防治儿童癫痫中应重视这些因素。

82 headache epilepsy cases in children were studied in many aspects.The investigation contents and results were dealt with Computer.The results show that the element that cause headache epilepsy are mainly associated with the heredidy, head injury, febrile convulsion, abnormal labor, lesions in the five organs (ears, eycs, nose, tongue, mouth), and intracranial lesion, but negatively associated with more childbearing and elder.The research suggests that we should givt mere attention to these factors in preventing and treating the disease.
