脂肪片植入关节成形术的实验研究

摘要 将10只犬分成股骨远端关节软骨切除(对照组)和切除股骨远端关节软骨看植入脂肪片包绕软骨切除处(植入组)两组,两组犬分别在术后3、6、12个月作X线、组织学检查和肉眼观察。结果表明,植入的脂肪片术后3至12个月逐渐液化吸收,部分纤维化;植入组,切除的关节软骨处术后3个月开始修复,至12个月修复基本完成;对照组,切除的关节软骨修复速度较植入组慢。脂肪片有减少磨擦、缓冲应力的作用,其液化吸收及部分纤维化的速度与关节声软骨修复的速度相似。所以,脂肪片植入是一种较理想的关节成形术。 Ten dogs with the resection of articular cartilages in the femur distant places of the right knee joints were divided into implantation group in which the fat flakes were implanted into the dogs'joints and control group in which no implantation of fat flakes. In the third, sixth and twelfth month after operation the dogs in these two groups were respectively given X-ray test, histology examination and naked eye observation. The results showed that in months 3—12 after operation the implanted fats were liquidized and absorbed gradually, some of them became fibred; and at the same time articular cartilages were repaired and restored by degrees; the speed of the above two respects was similar. In the control group the repairing speed of articular cartilages was slower than that in implantation group. Therefore implantation of fat flakes is an ideal arthroplasty.
