先天性心脏病111例患者的心电图分析

BCG ANALYSIS OF 111 PATIENTS WITH CONGENITAL HEART DISEASE

本文分析了1984年8～11月经手术证实的111例先天性心脏病(CHD)患者的心电图资料,结合文献讨论了某些与心电图有关的问题,以提高心电图诊断符合率。

Data of 111 cases with congenital heart disease (CHD) conformed by operation from Aug. 1984 to Nov. 1988 are analysed in this paper. The results show that more than three-fourth of patients have ECG abnormalities, less than fourth complete normal. Right ventricular (RV) hypertrophy presents mainly in 78 cases, right atrial(RA) hypertrophy the second, 42.3％, left ventricular (LV) hypertrophy, the third, 21.8％. Only 3 cases have left atrial(LA) hypertrophy. Abnormal ECG changes mainly reflect the pathological changes of those and ventricular hypertrophy.
