摘要
以黄花苜蓿(Medicago hispida)下胚轴和子叶来源的愈伤组织为材料,进行悬浮细胞振荡培养,经200目尼龙网过滤后得到游离的单细胞。这些细胞作浅层培养、可获得小细胞团。实验还观察到悬浮细胞存在多种形态,对其成因及繁殖方式作了简要讨论。
Suspension cells of calli originated from hypocotyl and cotyledon of Medicago hispida were cultured in flasks on a shaking machine.The isolated single cells obtained from them through filtration wetr then suspended in a shallow-Layer liquid medium in Petri dishes. New cell clustrs regenerated in about 20 days. Many different cell types of various sizes were observed and the way of these cells divided was discussed.
