固相简易荧光花环法检测人smIgG^+B细胞的研究

The Study of Human SmIgG^+B Cell Detcted with Solid-phase Simple and Easy Fluorescence Rosette Test

本文报道检测SmIgG^+B细胞的固相简易荧光花环法,30例正常人检测结果表明,该花环法较DIF法敏感(P<0.001),因不受外源性IgG和FC受体的影响,试剂制备简单、经济和稳定,标本至少可保存3个月。是一值得推广应用的检测B细胞SmIgG的有效方法。

The solid-phase simple and easy fluorescence rosette test detecting SmlgG^+B lymphocytes is described. The results detected from 30 cases of normal human showed that the rosette test is more sensitive than DtF (p<0.01)It is found in the experiments that the rosette test is not affected by extrinsic cytophilic IgG and Fc receptors on some lymphocytes. The preporation of the reagent is simple, economic and stable. The sample fixed with methyl alcohol can be preserved no less three months. The rosette test is an effective method for detecting lymphocyte SmIgG.
