钩藤总碱对豚鼠结肠带的抑制作用

Inhibitory actions of total alkaloids of Uncaria macrophylla on isolated guinea—pig taenia coli

实验观察到钩藤总碱对乙酰胆碱诱发的结肠带收缩具有剂量依赖的抑制作用,对C^(2+)在高钾溶液中所致结肠带收缩也产生明显的松弛作用。抗CaCl_2量效曲线表明,钩藤总碱使曲线右移,最大效应降低。钩藤总哦的这些作用与钙拮抗维拉帕米相似,提示其抑制作用可能与抗钙有关。

The contractions-induced by acetycholline or Ca^(2+) after high-K^+ depolarization in isolated guinea-pig taenia coli were markedly inhibited by total alkaloids of Uncaria macrophylla. It coused rightward displacement of the dose response curve to CaCl-2 and significantly depressed the maximal response, showing a non-competitve antigonism. These effects of the total alkaloids are similar verapamil.
