虹膜睫状体炎并发性白内障手术观察

OPERATION OF COMPLICATED CATARACTED BY IRIDOCYCLITIS

本文报告34例41只眼虹膜睫状体炎并发性白内障的手术治疗结果。术后视力明显进步者26只眼,占63％。并对手术适应症、手术时期和手术方式的选择进行了探讨。笔者认为对此类患者,只要认真准备,细致操作,手术效果是令人满意的。

ABSTRAT This is a report about the operation complicated cataract by iridoeyc lit is. On patientsunderwent these operations. Among them 26(63％) eyes significantly improved in vision, Indications and time of operation, and selection of operating method were also studied. The author believe s that if the, operation is well prepared and carefully carried out, a satisfied effect can he seen in such a disease.
