摘要
本文报告4例肩关节前脱位合并肱骨解剖颈骨折,通过手术所见和尸体解剖观察以探讨该症的发病机理;结合文献复习认为该症的治疗目前尚无满意的方法,唯假体置换和早期功能锻炼可望能提高治疗效果。
ABSTRACT Four cases of anterior dislocation of the shoulder complicated by fracture of anotomic neck of humerus are reported. The mechanism of the disease was studied through operation and autopsy .Having reviewed liferature, the author considers that there is no effective method to cure this disease Perhaps effect can de obtained only replacement and early functional exercises.
