摘要
对12只家兔眼上直肌进行了术前、术后及恢复过程中的肌电图测量。与术前相比,术后运动单位放电的幅值明显减小(p<0.05),术后第二天达最小值,术后第四天运动单位放电的幅值有所增加,但仍明显小于术前(p<0.05),第六天到第九天恢复最快,第六天运动单位放电的幅值与术前已无明显差异(p>0.05),第九天已达到术前水平。运动单位放电的时限的变化规律与幅值的变化规律相同。眼肌手术后组织的愈合时间为10天,与肌电图的恢复过程基本符合,因此眼肌肌电图可做为评价眼肌损伤程度和功能恢复的客观指标。由肌电图的变化规律看出。
ABSTRACT In this experiment,the electromyograms of the superior recti in twelve rabbits were measured before and after the operation as well as during the recovery period. Compared with pre—operation, therer was an obviousdecrease in voltage of mortor unit discharge of post--operation. The voltage reached the minimum on the second day after operation and increased on the fourth day.The voltage returned rapidly from the sixth to ninth days There was no clear difference in voltages between the sixth day and the time before. The voltage eventually returned to the level of pre—operatopn on the ninth day. The chang able rule of the motor unit discharge duration was basically the same as that of voltage. The recovery of eye muscle after the operation needed 10 days which corresponded to the return of normal electromyogram. Therefore, the electromyogram of eye can be regarded as an objective standard to evaluate the injury of eye muscles and functional recovery. It can be concluded that the suitable time to correct eye muscles is between the fourth and sixth days.
