人牙菌斑中二氧化碳噬纤维菌的分离鉴定 被引量:1

摘要 二氧化碳噬纤维菌属(Capnocytophaga,简称Capno)是国外学者近年从人牙菌斑中分离到的新菌属。作者从人的健康和炎性牙周龈下菌斑中分离到615株Capno,其鉴定特点如下:革兰氏阳性细梭纤柔杆菌,仅在厌氧环境和含10%CO_2的空气中生长;在BHI血琼脂表面形成典型的“润湿性”菌落,并产生桔黄色色素和特殊的焦糖气味;在含葡萄糖的PYG肉汤中最终pH值<6,琥珀酸和乙酸为主要的代谢酸产物。根据发酵碳水化合物和还原硝酸盐可鉴定本菌属的三个种。 The characteristics of 625 isolates of Capnocytophaga from 32 subgingival plaque samples in the healthy and diseased neriodontal sites were studied. The isolates were identified by (1)Gram negative rod with fusiform-shape. (2)Forming a 'wet spreading' typical colonies on BHJ blood plates. (3)Growing in the presence of air+10%CO_2, but no growth in aerobic condition. (4) Production of acetic acid and succinic acid as the major metabolic acidic products. (5)Terminal pH in glucose broth is pH<6. Capnocytophaga were classified as C.ochracea, C. sputigena, C.gingivae on the basis of acid production from dextran, amygdalin, eseulin, galactose,starch; nitrate reduction and hydrolysis of starch, gelatin, and esculin.
