摘要
犊牛细菌性腹泻在犊牛疾病中占据首位,给养牛业带来很大危害。本研究根据微生态学观点,利用从健康犊牛肠道中分离的乳杆菌和促进厌氧菌生长的无毒需氧芽胞杆菌,共同研制出保健复合生物制剂,定名为“健复生”。用此制剂对犊牛细菌性腹泻进行了治疗试验,共治疗85头,治愈率为83.53%,总有效率为95.29%。比痢特灵对照组治愈率提高16.86%。本制剂无毒,无副作用,使用安全,是一种较理想的生物制剂。
Calf bacterial diarrhea takes the first position among the diseases of calf, and it brings great harm to the cattle husbandry. Basing on the viewpoint of microecology, We used Lactobaeillus which is derived from the intestine of healthy calves non-pathogenic Bacillus cereus which promotes the growth of Anaerobic bacteria to produce protection of health of calves and we gave a name 'Lactocereas-cobiogen' to the agent. We used the biogen to treat calf bacterial diarrhea. The total calves treated numbered 85 and we obtained a cure rate is 83.53%, and an effective rate is 95.29%. Comparing with the results using Furaxone group of medicine. an increase of cure rate 16.86%. Being a rather rational biogen. This agent is not toxic no side effects, and safe in use.
