经皮针吸活检诊断肺及纵隔病变(附38例报告)

Transcutaneous Fine-needle Biopsy to Diagnose pathological Changes in Lung and Mediastinum(Report of 38 Cases)

本文报道了38例经皮针吸活检诊断肺及纵隔病变。其中周围性肺癌18例,肺泡细胞癌2例,纵隔恶性淋巴瘤1侧,肺结核7例,肺脓疡3例,炎性假瘤2例。阳性率为86.8%。很大程度上提高了肺及纵隔肿块性病变的定性诊断。操作简便,并发症少,无一例因行此项检查而发生意外。

This report presented 38 cases of patholog- ical changes in lung and medi- astinum diagnosed by transcut- aneons fine-needle biopsy.By using this method,we discovered 18 cases of peripheral pulmon- ary carcinoma,2 cases of di- ffuse pulmonary carcinoma,1 case of mediastinal malignant lymphoma,7 cases of pulmonary tuberculosis,3 cases of lung abscess,2 cases of inflammatory tumor.The accuracy is as high as 86.8% and it enhanced the qualitative diagnose accuracy to a great extent.It's conven- ient in the operation and only a little complications would oc- cur.Not any accident happened duing our work.
