摘要
四十年来我国的水电建设成绩很大,但也存在不少问题,现有水电总装机容量仅相当于可开发水能资源的8％。为实现四化要优先发展水电。要加快水电发展速度是我国经济建设的需要。
During the past 40 years, many hydropower projects have been accomplished in China. But it still exists many problems. The total installed generating capacity of water power is only 80% of the exploitable potential. At present, for the sake of implementation of four modernization, the production of electric power must go in advance and give priority tohydropower development. It is pointed out that speeding up hydropower development is a long term program for the demand of China's economic reconstruction.
