现代流域规划程序的数学模型

摘要 在流域规划中,梯级水电站群中的各电站应按怎样的程序兴建才能取得最优的技术经济效果,这是水电建设中亟待解决的重要课题。本文运用系统工程的理论和数学规划方法,提出了优化的数学模型,用这个模型和方法,解决梯级水电站的开发程序不但在理论上比较完善,而且在应用上也很方便。 In the river basin planning, how the cascade hydroelectric stations group is built in sequencing programming to strive for the best of economic benefit, is important topic to demand prompt solution under hydropowcr construction. An optimization mathematical model has been described in this paper using the systems engineering theory and mathematical programming. By means of this model and methods, solution of sequencing programming of cascade hydroelectric station has obvious advantages not only in theory but also in practice.
