摘要
本文研究了氧化锗和氯化镉对小鼠精子畸形的影响,实验结果表明,氯化镉组引起的小鼠精子畸形率明显高于对照组,且呈剂量-反应关系,氧化锗能明显地抑制氧化镉所致的精子畸形率的增高。
The influence of germanium oxide on the sperm abnormalities induced by cadmium chloride in mice was studied. The sperm malformation rate induced by cadmium chloride in mice showed a significant dosedependent effect. Germanium oxide can significantly antagonize the effects of sperm abnormalities induced by cadmium chloride.
