Identification of HBeAg in 405 HBsAg Carriers of Children

本文报道延吉市405名儿童乙型肝炎病毒携带者e抗原的分布情况。朝、汉族儿童e抗原阳性率分别为32.00％及12.00％,两者有非常显著性差异(u=4.03,p<0.01)。e抗原的阳性率,低年龄组儿童高于高年龄组。e抗原阳性率随着HBsAg的滴度升高而升高。

The results of determination of HBeAg in 405 HBsAg carriers of children are reported. (1) The positive rate of HBeAg for Korean and Han nationalities were 32.00％ and 12.00％ respectively, being significantly different between the two nationalities (U=4.03, P<0.01). There was no difference in the positive rate of HBeAg between male and female carriers, both in Korean and Han; (2)HBeAg positive rate of the lower age group was higher than that of the higher age group; (3)The HBeAg positive rate was higher in blood specimens with high HBsAg titer.
