摘要
本文探讨了用物理方法使L-赖氨酸消旋化的几种条件,即浓度、压力、时间和温度与消旋率的关系,并达到了完全消旋的目的,再将消旋液用离子交换层析法分离、精制。其收率可达90％。
L-lysine hydrochlorate was racemized by physical racemzation method. The racemic liquid was separated and refined with the method of ionexchange chromatography. Its receiving rate was approximately 90％.
