摘要
本文用高频等离子体原子发射光谱分析法对吉林白何首乌中的无机元素进行了全面的分析,并比较了用超声波冼净与未洗净样品中的含量差异,结果检出了21种金属和一些非金属,并表明洗净与未洗净样品之间半数检出元素的含量有较大的差异。
All kinds of inorganic elements in Jilin traditional Chinese medicine radix cynanchi bungei were analysed by ICP-AES. A comparison was made in washied and not washed radix cynanchi bungei. More than twenty kinds of the inorganic elements were determinined with more than half of the inorganic elements. there appears to be a significant difference.
