165例白内障摘除术的临床分析

Treatment of 165 Cases with Cataract by Cataract Extraction

本文报道白内障165例(213只眼)的手术治疗。其中男性67例,女性98例;老年性白内障患病年龄为36～82岁。右眼60只眼,左眼57只眼,双眼96只眼。手术方法,囊外白内障摘除术40只眼,囊内白内障摘除术171只眼,造瞳术2只眼。囊外摘除术中,人工晶体植入1只眼,并发症共有5种,脱盲率达94.55％。

This paper reports the results of 165 cases of cataract operations(213 eyes), including male(67 case)and female(98 cases). The age of patients suffering from senile cataract were 36—82 years. Ocular differentiation involves right, 60 eyes; left, 57 eyes; and both eyes, 96. Method of operation includes extracapsular cataract extraction, 40 eyes, and intracapsular cataract extraction, 171 eyes. Artificial pupilwas made in 2 eyes. In extracapsular cataract extraction, artificial lenses were implanted in 1 case. 5 kinds of complications were found. 94.5％ of the cases were escaped from blindnessby cataract extraction.
