摘要
佛手散由当归和川芎两味中药组成。其水提酒沉剂对豚鼠离体十二指肠的自发运动及由乙酰胆硷、组胺和氯化钡所致的迥肠痉挛收缩有明显抑制作用;对小鼠离体子宫的自发活动及由催产素引起的子宫强直性收缩均有拮抗作用;对大鼠蛋清性足跖肿胀有抑制作用;能缓解由乙酰胆硷引起的豚鼠离体气管的收缩;能增加豚鼠离体心脏的灌流量。其煎剂小鼠灌胃能促进胃肠道的推进机能。
Fothou San consists of Danggui and Chuanxiong. This study
demonstrates that the solution from Foshou San decoction deposited by Alcohol inhibits the spontaneous activity on isolated duodenum and relaxes the spasmodic contraction caused by Acetylcholine, Histamine and BaCl2 on isolated ile-um in guinea pig. It antagonizes both the spontaneous activity and the Oxytocin
induced spasmodic contraction on isolated womb in mice. It restrains the metatarsus swelling engendered by albumen in rat. On isolated trachea it remits the Acetylcholine produced contraction and on isolated heard it increses the prefusion in guinea pig.The decoction of Foshou San promotes the push activity of gastrointestinal tract in mice.
