摘要
桃仁承气汤(TRCQT)为《伤寒论》经方。本文发现它有抑制兔体外血栓形成和抑制血小板粘附的功能,但对小白鼠血小板数无影响。因而为抗血栓形成提供了药理依据。
TRCQT is a well-known Chinese complex prescripiion. In this paper, we find that it can inhibit thrombosis in vitro and adhesivc, adsorptive function of thrombocyte in rabbits but platelet count don't is affected, in mice. So these results provide a phar-macologic base for antithrombosis.
