补肾中药对雌性大鼠下丘脑胞浆雌二醇受体及去势后血清促黄体生成素随龄变化的影响

The Effect of Some Chinese Herbs Invigorating the Kidney on Age-related Changes of Gytosol Estradiol Receptors in the Hypothalamus and the Serum Luteinizing Hormone Level of Gonadectomized Female Rats

16月龄大鼠下丘颜胞浆E_2—R数量明显低于3月龄组(P<0.05),去势后血清LH水平未见明显升高。16月龄补肾组(熟地、首乌、枸杞、菟丝子、淫羊藿、鸡血藤,给药4个月)下丘脑胞浆E_2—R数量明显高于同龄对照组(P<0.05),接近3月龄对照组水平,且去势后血清LH与3月龄组同样显示有意义的升高(P<0.05)。结果表明,补肾中药对雌性大鼠下丘脑胞浆E_2—R数量及下丘脑—垂体对外周性激素反馈应答能力的随龄变化有一定的纠正作用。

This study repoted the effect of some Chinese herbs invigorating the Kidney on age-related changes of cytosol estradiol receptors in the hypothalamus and the serum luteinizing hormone (LH) level of gonadectomized femaes rats. The experimental rats were randomly devided into 3 groups:group A, animal in 16 months old treated with the herbs were used; group B,i.e.the control group of rats old as group A without the treatment and group C, also control group but aged 3 months, The results showed that in group B, the content of cytosol E2-R in the hypothalamus in group B was obviously lower than that in group C and A (P<0.05) , and the increase of the serum LH levll after gonadectomy was not significant. In group A, after giving the herbs invigorating the Kidney for 4 months, the cytosol E2-R in the hypothalamus was higher significantly than that in group B, and almost the same as that of group C.The result was also showed that serum LH level both group A and C increased significantly after gonadectomy (P<0.05) . This research suggests that the invigorating-kidney herbs have certain remedial effect to age-related changes of the number of E2-R of hypo halamus and the feedback reactional ability of hypothalamus-pitiutary gland to sexual hormones in female rat.
