福寿丸对老年人保健效应与调节生理功能的临床研究

Clinical Studies of Fu-Shou Pill on the Antiaging Effect in the Elderly

福寿丸由补益中药绞股兰、巴戟天、何首乌等七味中药组成的方剂,对86例55～75岁的老年人进行了保健效应的临床观察。本方对19项老化症状具有明显的治疗效果,两项重要免疫指标也有明显调节作用。此外,使血中皮质醇增加,脂质过氧化物和雌二醇/睾酮比值降低,这些变化都说明了服药后产生了调节生理功能的作用。

Fu-Shou pill is a new antiaging drug prepared with rare varieties of medicinal herbs including Gynostema pentaphyllum, Radix polygoni multiflori, and Morinda off-jcinalis. The clinical trials on 86 cases aged 55-75 years old have shown that this pill is very efficacious for the treatment of various symptoms of senility. It can distinctly increase the transformation rate of T-lymphocytes and decrease the level of circulating immune complex. In addition, it can increase the level of plasma cortisol, decrease plasma LPO and the ratio of estrogen/testerone. The above results show that Fu-Show pill appears to have antiaging effect.
