华陀再造丸对麻醉动物的血流动力学作用

摘要 麻醉动物的血流动力学研究表明,华佗再造丸浸膏水溶液(HTP)静注相当于小鼠1/30LD_(50)剂量能显著增加颈总动脉及颈内动脉血流量,但不影响后肢血管阻力;且能增强心肌收缩性,降低后负荷,不影响前负荷,增加心输出量,改善心脏功能。这些作用有利于增加脑血液供应,其效能超过亚硝酸钠。但对脑电图、心电图和呼吸无明显改变。表明本复方治疗指数较大。 The Huatuo reconstructon pill(HTP)is a Chinese traditional herbal preparation which has been used for hundreds of years with remarkable effect on the cerebral palsy. The significant increase in both the common and internal carotid blood flow and the positive inotropic action on heart were observed in anesthetized cat,dog and rabbit experiments following iv injection of HOP 0.125 to 1.0 ml per kilogram body weight, 1 ml of which is equivalent to 0.2067g crude drugs. The carotid blood flow was selectively increased without changing in vasicular resistance of the hind limb and the internal carotid blood flow reached the maximal efficacy as high as 173% of the control level. Either the action of potassium ion in the drug or the histamine release were excluded. The positive inotropic action was evidenced by the inerease in LVP, dP/dtmax,Vmax CO, TTI and dP/dt - LVP vectogram. But HR, Bp, EEG, ECG, and Rep remained unchanged. All these results may give a theoretical explanation on its therapeutic effect on neurological sequela of cerebral accident.
