摘要
我们曾报告虫草对巴豆油诱发的小鼠耳部炎症、大鼠蛋清性足肿胀及棉球肉芽肿等均有明显的抗炎效果,本文进一步分析了冬虫夏草抗炎作用的机理,现将结果报告于下。材料与方法一、冬虫夏草水提液:冬虫夏草为青海省玉树州昂久县出产,用蒸馏水80℃±2℃提取2次,再煮沸提取一次,合并3次滤液,减压过滤,在80℃下浓缩至1g/ml。二、实验方法:瑞士种小鼠体重29—30g。
This paper reports mechanism on antiinflammatory effect of Cordyceps sinensis (Berk) Sacc. The adrenal weight and cholesterol content of adrenal, plasma level of hydrocortisoae and aldosterone in experimental group were obviously higher than the control group. The hyperplasia of the zona glomerulosa, zona fascieulata and zona reticularis of adrenal cortex in the rats were observed by electron microscope. The zona gromerulosa cells of experimental group contained a large of mitochondria, lipid droplets and smooth encoplasmic reticu-lum membrane vesicles in the cytoplasm by stercological analysis. It is suggested that Cordyceps sinensis (Berk) Sacc has facilitation and potentiation of synthesis and excretion of cortical hormone. Therefore; it exerts antiinflammatory effect.
