摘要
沙棘浓缩果汁对CCl_4及扑热息痛(AAP)损伤肝丙二醛(MDA)的增高有明显抑制作用,并能显著降低CCl_4中毒小鼠SGPT活力,对抗AAP中毒小鼠肝谷胱甘肽(GSH)的耗竭,延长小鼠睡眠时间。
Protection by condensed fruit juice of HR against hepatotoxicity induced by CCl4 and acetaminophen (AAP) was studied in this paper, It was found that condensed fruit juice of HR inhibited markedly MDA formation of liver induced by CCl4 and AAP, decreased sigaificantly SGPT levels induced by CCl-44 and blocked depletion of GSH damaged liver induced by AAP. ID addition, condensed fruit juice of HR prolonged sleeping time in mice.
