育宫丸治疗妇女不孕症的药理研究

Study on Pharmacoloical Acton of Yu Gueng Wan to Treated in Infertil Women

实验证明育宫丸能促使雌性幼鼠子宫的发育,具雌激素样作用;对细胞免疫、体液免疫及非特异性巨噬细胞的吞噬作用均有抑制,认为育宫丸的免疫抑制与促进受孕有关。对用强的松和甲状腺片剂处理的小鼠有强壮作用,在一定程度上可证明育宫丸纠正“虚证”有较好作用,亦可能是调整育龄妇女机体生理功能,便于受孕的另一原因。

Yuu Geng Wan consists of sixteen Chinese herb medicine including Dang Gui,Dang Shen, Lu Jiao and so on.It was used for the treatment of steriliity and irregular menstruation in clinic. At the oral dose of 2.5 and 5g/kg/dX28 days,Yu Gueng Wan increased significantly the uterus weight of young female mice. Yu Gueng Wan decreased the delayed type hypersensity (DTH) reaction of skin induced by dinitrochlorobenzene (DNCB) in mice, and also suppressed hemolysin antibody formation of spleen induced by SRBC in NIH mice.After mice given Yu Gueng Wan orally 5g/kg/dX6 days, carbon particle clearing index decreased excellently .lt prolonged the swiming time of mice which was given prednisone (10mg/kg/d X 8 days) and thyroid (100mg/kg/d X 8 days) , this experimental data showed Yu Gueng Wan had antitired effect.we suggested that Yu Gueng Wan might possess immunosuppsessive effects and its relation to treatment of sterility in women.
