连枷样三尖瓣(附10例病理、临床及超声心动图探讨)

我们在超声心动图检查时,发现一些患者三尖瓣表现连枷样运动,即瓣尖在收缩期翻入右心房,舒张期回到右心室,呈挥鞭样。宛似连枷样二尖瓣所见,这些连枷样三尖瓣均继发于多种器质性心脏病。查阅文献,未见其详。

Ten cases of flail tricuspid valves are pre-sented. which were discovered by echocardi-ography. Operations were performed on 5 ofthem. During the operations we found thatthe changes of anatomic structure of tricuspidvalves were consistent with echocardiographicfindings. Infective endocard?t s was the comm-onlyseen cause. The other cause was congenitalendocardial cushion defect and corpulmonale.Symptoms of underlying disease and signs oftricuspid regurgitation are main manifestations,but they were nonspecific. By means of echo-cardiography the flail movement of tricuspidvalves and regurgitation were more conveni-ently regurg taton diagnosed.
