we report 8 cases of myxedemtous heartdisease which are 73% ot the total hospitali-zed hypothyroidism cases in our hospital atthe same period. Refering some articles, wediscuss the onset situation, manifestation,diagnosis and treatment of myxedematousheart disease. we point out that the key ofdiagnosis is the early recognition of hypothy-roidism.
