间质性肾炎病因分析

ETIOLOGIG ANALYSIS OF INTERSTITIAL NEPHRITIS

间质性肾炎是一种常见病,目前认为由此病导致的慢性肾功能衰竭约占肾衰总数的1/5～1/3。本病病因繁多,但大多数是可以确定的。现将我院近年来收治的53例间质性肾炎加以分析,以探讨其发病原因。资料分析及结果一、一般资料1.性别与年龄:53例中男21例,女32例,男:女为1:1.5。14～20岁6例。

This paper analyes the data for 5 casesof interstitial nephritis in the pass few yearsin our hospital, The result suggested that theetiology of the interstitial nephritis may bedrugs, infectious, physicals, metabolics,immune, infiltratine, idiopathics' heavy metaltoxification, reflux and nephropathy as wellas vascular disorders, etc. Manifestation ofinterstitial nephnitis may be slight, but aconsiderable number of patients resulted inchronic renal insufficiency. It reminded us,the clinical worker, they should be carefullyto use the nesesarry measures to reverse thedisesae.
