摘要
本文研究了在6种波长单色光的5个等级光照度水平下黄鳍■幼鱼视觉运动反应率与光照度和刺激频率的关系,临界反应频率与光照度和光波长的关系,给出了各波长色光不同照度下的反应潜伏期及不同屏幕速度下的跟随角速度和跟随率。
The present report deals with the optomotor response of young porgy, Sparus latus, under colour light conditions of six wavelengths. The reaction rate decreases with the weakening of illuminance or with the increasing of screen rotary speed. The critical response frequncy (CRF), following CRF=αlg E+b, rises with the intensity of illuminance. The typical curves consist of two sections. Under the scotopic condition the CRF reaches as high as 9 s^(-1)(453 nm); at the highest illuminance in the experiment (571 nm, 150 lx), CRF reaches at 22 s^(-1). The wavelength has an influence on CRF. The highest CRF is at 453 nm or 520 nm, and the lowest at 700 nm. As the illuminance increases the highest CRF shifts from 453 nm to 520 nm. In different colour lights the transitional illuminances from scotopic to photopic vision are all between 10^(-1)—10^(?) lx. The following angular speed and following rate depend on screen angular speed instead of illuminance and wavelength.
