γ-BHC对石斑鱼呼吸和行为生理的影响

摘要 用生理二道仪和LASER-310型微机记录石斑鱼鳃盖运动的波形,研究不同浓度γ-BHC对鱼呼吸频率和振幅的影响,探讨了以咳嗽和驱逐反射作为石斑鱼受γ-BHC毒害的生理学监测指标的可行性,同时也观测了中毒鱼行为反应的变化。 In the exposure of four different concentrations of γ-BHC, changes on opercular movement and behavioral responses of grouper were observed and seoorded by a two channel polygraph and a microcomputer, The analytical results show three effects. (1) Changes on respiratory frequency and amplirude occurred in γ-BHC treated grouper, but no relationship to various concentration was found. (2) Cough and expulsion reflex varied sensitively to the increasing γ-BHC concentration. (3) The hyperfuction symptoms including tremor, convulsion and hyperctivity at the initial stage of exposure, unequilibrium during middal or late stages were observed. It is suggested to use cough and expulsion reflexes as the physiological indicators of γ-BHC toxicity to grouper.
