促性腺激素释放素类似物诱导文昌鱼产卵的初步研究

STUDY OF GONADOTROPIN RELEASING HORMONE ANALOGUE INDUCED SPAWNING OF AMPHIOXUS

本文首次报道在室内使用促性腺激素释放素类似物(GnRH-A)可诱导性腺成熟的文昌鱼产卵和排精,受精率达100%,因而证明了文昌鱼的生殖活动与其他鱼类一样受激素的调控。这为文昌鱼人工繁殖提供了科学依据。

The paper reports for the first time that GnRH-A may induce spawing and spermiation of gonadal mature amphioxus. As the fertilized rate is 100 perctent, it demonstrates that the reproductive activity of amphioxus, like vertebrate, is also regulates by hormon. This result provides important basis for artificial propagation of amphioxus.
