摘要
采用相差显微镜和电子显微镜观察了HDPE/SBS共混改性吹塑薄膜的取向,并用双折射、广角X光衍射和红外光谱等仪器测量和分析了随SBS含量的变化,对共混改性薄膜取向性的影响。结果表明:SBS的加入减缓了HDPE/SBS吹塑薄膜的取向程度,并且发现随SBS含量的增加,共混体系中各组分的取向变化趋势是不一样的,其中PE部分的取向程度逐渐减少,SBS中的PS段的取向程度反而有所增加,而PB段的取向程度几乎没有变化。此外,对SBS缓解薄膜取向的机理进行了探讨,并讨论了薄膜的取向与机械性能的关系。
The orientation of HDPE/SBS blending blown film is studied with the phase contrast microscope and SEM. The wide angle x-diffraction, birefringence and infrared spectrometer are used to measure the changes in orientation of blending film with SBS. The results indicate that the degree of orientation of film is decreased with SBS contents. Furthermore, the changing trend of orientation in each part of the blending film is different. As the SBS contents are increased, the degree of orientation in PE part is gradually decreased, while that of PS segment in SBS part is increased and PB segment is rarely varied. The mechanism of aUeviating degree of orientation of the film and the relationship between orientation and mechanical properties of the film are discussed.
