摘要
介绍了以丙烯酸酯共聚物为分散介质、以碘化亚铜为分散相的导电涂料的制备方法。着重讨论了共聚物和碘化亚铜性质及其相互配比对涂层导电性的影响,即碘化亚铜用量及粒度、共聚物中酸含量、共聚物玻璃化温度及交联密度对涂层导电性的影响。
A method for making conductive coating comprising acrylic copolymer as dispersion medium and cuprous iOdide as dispersion phase is reported. The influences of the cuprous iodide and the copolymer properties on electric conductivity of the coating is discussed, e.g. the influences of the amount and size of the cuprous iodide, the amount of acid in the copolymer, the copolymer glass transition temperature and crosslink density on the electric conductivity of the coating.
