纤维体积含量对C/7740复合材料性能的影响 被引量:3

THE INFLUENCE OF FIBER VOLUME FRACTION ON THE PROPERTIES OF C/7740 COMPOSITE

摘要 本文研究了纤维体积含量(V_f)与碳纤维/7740玻璃的相对密度(Ds)抗弯强度(σ_b)和冲击韧性(ak)之间的关系。用泥浆浸渗法制带及热压成形技术制备试样。实验结果表明:材料的 Ds 随 V(?)的增加而降低;σ_b 和 ak 值开始随 V_f 的增加而增大,在 V_f 为40%左右时出现极大值,之后随 V_f 增加而降低。对 V_f 为4096样品的σ_b分布规律进行了分析,表明:其σ_b 服从韦布尔分布。所获材料的最高σ_b 为370Mpa,ak 值为31KJm^(-2)。 The paper presents a relationship between the fiber volume content,V_(?), and the properties such as specific density D_(?),flexural strength (?),and impact toughness A_(?) of carbon fiber reinforced 7740 borosilicate glass fabri- cared by hot-presslng the lay-up infiltrated unitapes at thétemperature of 1200℃ under the pressure of 6.7 MPa for 1 hr.in the atmosphere of N_2. The resultes show that Ds decreases while θ increases with V_(?) increa- sing.However both (?) and A_(?) have a peak value at V_(f)(?)40%.The results also show that the statistical distribution of (?) follows not only the Weibull Distribution but also the Normal Distribution.
