摘要 本文研究了GRP、KRP及其夹芯混杂梁在弯曲/冲击载荷下的力学行为。分析了以上几种结构的模量和强度特征及其破坏现象。研究了以上几种材料的抗冲特性。三点弯曲和Charpy冲击的实验结果表明:KRP由于压缩模量、强度都比较低,在弯曲和冲击载荷下破坏应力都较低;但与GRP混杂后,抗弯、抗冲特性都有提高,提高的幅度决定于混杂结构,引入动态弯曲强度σ_d可以较好地评价材料在冲击中的强度性质。 The mechanical behaviours of glass fibre composite (GRP), Kevlar-49 fibre composite (KRP) and their hybrid-sandwich beams under bend/impact load have been studied. The modulus, strength characters and fracture features of above structures have been analyzed. It has been showed by the test results that the hybrids can improve the anti-bend properties of KRP while the impact proper ties keep the same. The dynamical bend strength(οα) has been introduced for evaluating the strength properties of composites under impact loading. The properties of GRP, KRP and hybrids in three-point bend have been compared with the test results of charpy impact which is similar to the former in loading way.
