摘要
本文采用了一种所谓粉浆渗透然后再在氢气流中进行热压的方法制备了碳纤维-铜复合材料。对不同温度热压和含有不同纤维体积百分比的试样进行了横向拉伸强度测定并用扫描电子显微镜观察了材料的显微组织以及横向拉伸试样中裂纹的扩展情况,以确定合适的热压工艺参数并了解热压条件对复合效果的影响,
In this paper, carbon fiber-copper composite was made by employing so-called powder-slurry infiltration followed by hot pressing in flowing hydrogen. The transverse tensile strength of the specimens with different fiber volume fractions and pressed at various temperatures was measured, and the microstructure and the fractography after transverse tensile testing was examined by scanning electron microscopy so as to determine the appropriate hot-pressing parameters and their effect on the composite fabrication.
