摘要
本文对改性双基推进剂主要的力学性能进行了实验研究,测定了玻璃化温度,脆化温度,对不同测定方法所得实验结果进行对比分析,提出改性双基与复合推进剂T_g和T_b的差异。通过对改性双基推进剂不同速度和温度下应力-应变行为的实验,分析了应力-应变行为的特性,与复合推进剂的不同,对使用的影响,特别提出改性双基破坏功的概念。本文还用扭辫分析和动态粘弹谱测定了改性双基的动态力学性能,分析了改性双基转变峰与复合推进剂转变峰的差异,以及在实际应用中的作用。
Some investigations on several mechanical properties of CMDB propellants were made, based on which features of these properties were analyzed.The results obtained from measurements of the brittle temperature, dynamic properties and stress-strain relationships suggest that there exist vast differences in mechanical properties among the CMDB propellants and composite propellants arising from different molecular structure of the binders.
