摘要
本文针对自动武器中常见的运动构件疲劳破坏现象,对运动构件的疲劳寿命问题,进行了系统的理论与实验研究,提出了分析运动构件疲劳寿命的有效方法,并通过系统的试验测试,获得了目前自动武器运动构件中常用材料30CrMnMoTiA的疲劳寿命特性,建立了分析运动构件疲劳寿命所必需的基本数据。通过对实际运动构件疲劳破坏问题的分析应用,表明本文方法计算结果是准确、合理的,有实用性。
Seeing that the fatigue failure phenomena of moving elements are common occurance in automatic weapons, a systematic theoretical and experimental study on the fatigue life of the moving elements is presented in this paper. An effective method with which the fatigue life of the moving elements can be calculated is put forward. Through systematic experiments, the fatigue life behaviour is obtained for steel 30CrMnMoTiA, widely used on moving elements in automatic weapons, and the basic data necessary for the analysis of the fatigue life of moving elements are established. Applications on the fatigue failure of actual moving elements show that the results of calculation are correct and soundly based and that the suggested method is practicable for use.
