冠心病血瘀证患者血小板膜系统的超微结构和功能 被引量:16

摘要 对36名健康人及64例冠心病血瘀证患者血小板的研究表明,血小板细胞膜与细胞内膜系统相互联系,并可在一定条件下相互转化。血小板的功能状态与膜系统的运动和功能有密切关系。随血瘀程度加重,激活的血小板比例增多,并见到糖萼增厚,细胞膜与细胞内膜间的相互转变及异常运动增剧,聚集时细胞膜融合早,吞噬能力降低,腺苷酸环化酶活性降低等,提示冠心病血瘀证与血小板的结构及功能有密切关系。 Of platelet membranouse system 64 Cases of CHD patients with blood stasis and 36 healthy subjects were investigated by electron microscopy. The results showed that there was close relationship between cell membrane and intracellular membranous system. Cell membrane and intracellular membraous movement represents platelet functional state. Active membranous transformation and abnormal me(?)branous change were found in many platelets of patients with severe blood-stasis. It was also found that platelets of those with severe blood-stasis had larger proportion of activated platelets, thicker glycocalyx, decreased phagocytosis and adenylate cyclase activity(electron cell-chemistry method), earlier membrane fusion in platelet aggregation, increased transformation between open canalicular system and granular membrane, etc. The result suggest that CHD patients with blood-stasis are accompanied by certain platelet structural and functional changes.
