摘要
采用热浸镀铝层作为可锻铸铁件的表面保护层是近年发展的新工艺。镀铝层具有良好的耐高温性和耐腐蚀性。热浸镀铝过程可以在铸铁的相变温度以上进行,如果与可锻铸铁的石墨化退火过程结合,会带来许多工艺上的优点。
The coating of hot dipping alumium used as a protective coating of the malleable iron castings is a newly-developed process in recent years. Aluminized coating has fine corrosion-resistant and heat-resistant abiliities. The process of hot dipping aluminum can be carride on over a temperature of phase change of malleable iron. It can bring forth many advantages in the process when combining the process of hot dipping aluminum with that of annealing graphitizing malleable iron.
