水量对转炉炼钢烟气净化效果影响的探讨

摘要 本文对目前国内外转炉炼钢烟气净化、回收现状及各种方法进行了分析,重点针对我国目前普遍采用的未燃余温法净化流程作了论证。该流程以文丘里洗涤器为主要净化设备,其特点是耗水量大,因而用水量对烟气净化是一个极为重要的技术参数。笔者详细地计算了用水量对净化系统降温、除尘效率的影响,并找出其相关变化规律,从技术上、经济上进行了分析论证,提出最佳的液气比范围,对生产有一定指导意义。 In this paper, the existing states of purification and recovery as well as their various methods for treating the convertor Steel-smelting flue gas in our country and abroad have been analyzed, and the emphasis is laid on demonstrating the purification circuit with 'unburnt-and-full-wet method' being now commonly adopted in China. In this process, a enturi scrubber should be installed as the principal purification equipment and its distinguishing feature is that the consuming water quantity is very large. As a result, the needed water quantity is an extremely important technological parameter. The author has clculated and evaluated the influence of needed water quantity in details on the efficiency to decrease temperature and remove dust of the purification system, and has found their interrelated varying rules. And the analytical demonstration has been caried out technologically and economically; so an optimum range of liquid-gas ratio is put forward and there may be a directing significance to industrial production.
